The numbers indicated for seating and standing are the maximum that you can accommodate within the party marquee. If you need to add a dance floor or such items as buffet/bar tables etc, you will have to consider another marquee size. Catering Marquee Package Most caterers do not provide their own cover or tables to work on. The two catering packages that we offer will provide suffcient working space for caterers. They also come with flooring and lighting plus a set number of 6ft trestle tables. Don't forget the catering marquee is exactly the same style so it will not look out of place. Fairy Light Set (White LED) Fits all Sizes. The fairy lights are attached to the inside of the marquee and follow the curve of all arches. N.B. These lights are for effect and may not provide sufficient illumination on their own. Power/Electrical Supplying enough power is essential. Depending on the size of your event, the 63A or 32A distribution board will safely supply power to the marquee. We will help to calculate your power needs and advise on which board is suitable. Each board can connect to either the mains supply or a generator. Please note: If the distribution board is to be connected to the mains supply then it is the hirers responsibility to organise connection by a qualified electrician. Delivery The delivery charge can be calculated on the AA website www.theaa.com 1. 'copy & paste' or simply type Devon Party Marquees postcode TQ2 6AG into the 'FROM' box. 2. Enter the delivery address postcode into the 'TO' box. 3. To calculate the distance click the 'Get Route' button. Remember, the first 25 miles are free. For example, if the distance is 33 miles from Devon Party Marquees then the delivery charge will be 40.00 as it falls between '26-35 miles'.
